  • Meg Beresik , President of The Doc Shop, Inc., worked for several years as a writer in AT&T's Marketing Communications Group and in the Technical Publications department of Bell Laboratories, where end-user documentation she edited for data communications equipment received an STC award. In addition to writing, editing, and managing documentation projects, she has been instrumental in developing process and quality guidelines for AT&T's end-user documentation.
She was awarded a Master's Degree with a specialization in teaching writing from Temple University. With years of teaching experience at colleges in New Jersey, she has proved a skillful trainer of educators and documentation professionals.
  • Steven Beresik is one of our senior writers. He has extensive experience writing and managing the development of user documentation for many telecommunications and computer-telephony integration products. In addition to his expertise in developing end-user documentation, Steven has designed and produced technical advertising and in-house newsletters for a small telecommunications company, where he also had sole responsibility for developing marketing collateral.
Several of these documents have received awards from the Society for Technical Communication (STC). And all of his manuals, advertisements, and newsletters reflect a dynamic application of communications theory and scientific writing that he mastered during his undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry at Skidmore College and in graduate work at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he earned a Master's Degree in Technical Communication.
